Kristen Compton is an experienced leader in the healthcare field, currently serving as Executive Director and Vice President at Erickson Senior Living since March 2017, following a tenure as Associate Executive Director. Prior experience includes positions as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at CareOne Management LLC from August 2014 to March 2017 and at Genesis Healthcare from August 2007 to August 2014.
