Matt Neville

Matt Neville has extensive experience in leadership and financial management within the senior living and childcare sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President and Executive Director at Erickson Senior Living since March 2005, Matt oversees a large-scale continuing care retirement community that includes 1,100 independent living apartments and a 112-unit extended care neighborhood, with ongoing construction to expand to 1,500 apartment homes. Prior roles include Associate Executive Director and Regional Finance Director at Erickson, providing strategic oversight of community operations and financial management across multiple retirement communities. Previous experience encompasses roles as Division Controller at La Petite Academy, Controller at Holly Hunt, Assistant Controller at Bowne Business Solutions, Accounting Supervisor at Rand McNally, and Auditor at Central States Funds. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois State University.
