Zeljko Antolic

Zeljko Antolic is the Director of Human Resources at Ericsson Nikola Tesla since June 2021, contributing to leadership talent planning, development programs, and performance management. With a long tenure at Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. starting in February 1991, Zeljko has held roles in HR talent management, operational development and quality management, and research and development, focusing on software development, project management, and line management. Zeljko holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Zagreb, earned between 1986 and 1996.
