Anil Ayiruthodi has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of MMEA NEW Customer Support at Ericsson since December 1997, overseeing customer support across the Middle East and Africa for major clients such as GCU Zain and GCU Etisalat. Anil's career at Ericsson includes various leadership roles, such as Head of Customer Support for GCC & Pakistan and Head of Product Area for Customer Support Delivery in the Middle East. Anil has contributed to significant projects, including the first HSPA demo trial in the Middle East and the launch of 3G services. Prior to joining Ericsson, Anil held positions at Escotel Mobile Communications, focusing on operations and project engineering. Anil holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from Bharatiyar University, along with additional strategic training from Columbia Business School.
