Cecilia Berghald

Cecilia Berghald is an accomplished technology leader with over 15 years of program and project management experience and more than 5 years of people management expertise. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management Office at Coherent Corp., Cecilia previously held significant roles at Ericsson, including Head of Project Management Office and Business Support to the Radio Program Office. With a strong focus on operational excellence, leadership, and process improvement, Cecilia has successfully managed large, complex international projects throughout their career. Cecilia holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Systems Science from Stockholm University and has contributed to various projects within the telecommunications industry.
