Des Flanagan

Des Flanagan is currently the Head of Services & Software for BT and EE at Ericsson, where they leverage a diverse background in telecommunications and programme management. With extensive experience managing complex technical programmes exceeding €500 million, Des has held key roles at leading companies such as Airbus DS, where they served as Technical Programme Manager for significant military and commercial communication projects. They previously directed solutions delivery for major clients, including O2 and Vodafone UK, while fostering collaborative and high-performance teams. Des is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics & Computing at the University of Essex.
