Dinesh Donthula MBA has extensive experience in service delivery management, primarily with Ericsson Inc. since July 2011, where Dinesh serves as Service Delivery Director for Customer Network Support, overseeing operations for CU Regional Carriers and managing a Service Delivery Team. Prior roles at Ericsson from 2005 to 2011 included Service Delivery Director for CNS with AT&T and Competence Center Manager, where responsibilities encompassed meeting customer demands, improving products, managing teams, and driving process enhancements. Earlier experience included roles at Ericsson Australia focusing on 3G systems support and management of engineering teams, as well as project implementation at Glenair and service in the Indian Air Force. Dinesh holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, a CML from Swinburne University, and a BE in Electrical & Electronics from Bharathiar University.
