Erik Merkel is currently the Director of Operations at Ericsson, overseeing the ATT Customer Unit in the Southeast region since 2010. Previously, Erik served as a Senior Program Manager at Nortel Networks from 1996 to 2009. Erik earned a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, completing the program in 2001, and attended Penn State University from 1993 to 1995.
