Gabriele Metz

Gabriele Metz, ORSCC, PCC, is an experienced leader in talent management and organizational culture with a notable career spanning various roles in multinational corporations. Currently serving as Head of Leadership Culture and Awareness at Ericsson since April 2013, Gabriele drives culture change globally with a focus on compliance and integrity. Previous positions at Ericsson include Global Head of Leadership Transformation and Head of Talent Management for the Middle East and Africa. Prior to Ericsson, Gabriele was a Human Resources Business Partner at Supreme Group and held multiple HR management roles at Motorola, where contributions included successful organizational transformations and leadership development programs across regions. Gabriele holds certifications from the Center for Right Relationships and a degree from Commercial College.
