Gheorghe Spiride

Gheorghe Spiride currently serves as Head of Strategic Partnering and M&A in Business Area Networks, focusing on uncovering value creation opportunities to advance the telecommunications industry. Previously, Gheorghe held various roles at Ericsson, including Head of Business Operations and Chief of Staff for the Global Customer Unit AT&T, and has significant experience in strategy execution, technology planning, and mentoring. With a background in software design and systems engineering, Gheorghe has also contributed as an adjunct professor, teaching graduate-level courses at Southern Methodist University. Gheorghe's education includes both BS and MS degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a PhD in Computer Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
