Guido Goerges

Guido Goerges is the Market Area Compliance Officer for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Ericsson, where they develop and implement comprehensive Ethics and Compliance programs. With a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Cologne, Guido has held various leadership positions at Ericsson since 1993, including roles focused on Compliance and Performance Management across multiple regions. Their expertise encompasses Governance, Risk and Compliance Management, Anti-Bribery/Corruption, and Corporate Cultural Change, contributing to a strong foundation in process and performance management. Prior to joining Ericsson, Guido served as Logistics Planning Manager at Pechiney/Almet, where they managed the physical distribution network in the D/A/CH countries.
