Hector Pena

Hector Pena is an experienced RF engineer at Ericsson, where they have worked since 2010. With over 15 years of experience in radiofrequency engineering and management, Hector has specialized in designing and optimizing LTE, VoLTE, UMTS/HSPA, GSM (GPRS/EDGE), and other communication systems. They previously served as RF Manager for the North Region at Telcel from 1999 to 2010. Hector holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, and Communications from Tecnológico de Monterrey, earned in 1999. Currently, they lead the post-launch LTE optimization efforts in the North Texas market for AT&T, building on their extensive hands-on experience and technical expertise.
