James Yao is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in DevOps and solutions consulting. Currently serving as a DevOps Engineer and Hadoop SRE at Apple since June 2018, James has previously held significant roles at Ericsson as an OSS & SON Solution Consultant, leading cloud-based system implementations and data analytics development for Tier 1 customers.
