Jason Schaafsma

Jason Schaafsma is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in telecommunications and business development. Currently serving as Sales Director and Head of Sales Engagement for T-Mobile at Ericsson since April 1999, Jason drives services business growth by leading sales teams and executing effective sales strategies. Previously, as Director of Business Development, focus was placed on expanding current offerings and driving new sales within end-to-end services and solutions. Earlier career experience includes roles as Product Manager, Project Manager, and Field Supervisor at Cingular Wireless from December 1995 to July 1998. Jason holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained from 2004 to 2010.
