Jayajit Jena is currently the Circle Head at Ericsson. From 2006 to 2012, they served as the O&M Head for BSNL and Aircel, leading a team of 90 engineers in the operation and maintenance of mobile networks in Orissa. Prior to this, Jayajit held various positions in telecommunications, including System Support Team Lead at Nokia and Manager NSS at Reliance Telecom, where they focused on operation, maintenance, and fault management of core network components. Jayajit began their career as an Engineer at Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited and is presently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
