Kaixiang Yang

Kaixiang Yang is a seasoned professional in thermal and reliability engineering with extensive experience at Ericsson and Huawei Technology Sweden AB. Since March 2018, Kaixiang Yang has held the position of Senior Specialist in design for reliability at Ericsson, focusing on ASIC component reliability, thermal-related mitigation, lifetime prediction of radio products, and advanced component technology research. Prior to this, Kaixiang Yang contributed as a Senior Specialist in thermal design and reliability engineering at Huawei from July 2013 to January 2018, leading various research initiatives related to thermal and mechanical technology in radio units and mobile devices. Kaixiang Yang possesses a PhD in Physical Electronics from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. Specialties include thermal and CFD modeling using tools such as Flotherm, Star-CCM+, and ANSYS Workbench.
