Karim Shafik

Karim Shafik has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily with Ericsson since December 2002. Currently serving as the Director of Consulting and System Integration for Region North America, Shafik has held various leadership positions including Head of Technology and Information Manager for Business Development and Business Development Director for the CDMA Mobile Systems unit. Key contributions include leading strategic programs to support customer transformations and managing major accounts across diverse regions. Prior roles include System Manager in the Ericsson-Juniper joint venture and System Designer at Nortel Networks. Shafik's educational background includes advanced programs in key account management and executive management, complemented by a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
