Karl-Johan Nybell

Karl-Johan Nybell serves as the Head of the Customer Security Unit at Ericsson since October 2012, where the focus is on establishing a global cyber security capability. Nybell has held various senior leadership positions within Ericsson, including Vice President and Global Customer Unit Head, and Vice President & COO for Managed Services in sub-Saharan Africa, overseeing extensive regional operations. Additionally, Nybell is a Federal Council Member of Norrvatten and a Board Member of Käppalaförbundet, contributing to significant water management initiatives in Sweden. Previous experience includes Managing Director at Net4Mobility, member of the Group Executive Management team at Tele2, and Chief Executive Officer at 4T Solutions. Nybell holds a Master's degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology from Chalmers University of Technology and has completed various management courses at Hult International Business School.
