Marcelo Fernandes

Marcelo Fernandes has extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently serving as Director of Business Relationship Management at Ericsson since July 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing Performance and Quality for Managed Services across the RLAM region. Prior roles at Ericsson also include Information Technology Spec V and Director - Performance & Quality Manager. Before joining Ericsson, Marcelo worked at Ingersoll Rand from January 2003 to June 2005 as Service Manager, managing nationwide services for air compressors, and gained foundational experience at Nortel Networks between 1997 and 2002 as an ETAS Engineer. Marcelo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from FISP, completed in 2003, along with earlier education from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
