Martin Johnson

Martin Johnson is the Head of Product Area Employee Experience at Ericsson, where they are currently accountable for the delivery and development of Enterprise IT capabilities focused on employee experience. Previously, Martin led Ericsson's Group IT strategy team and managed various roles including Head of Optimize Services in both Northern Europe & Central Asia and Europe & Latin America. Martin’s earlier experience includes positions as a Program Manager and Contract Director, as well as a Management Trainee in Ericsson’s R&D Global Graduate Program. Martin holds multiple degrees from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, including a Master's in Information Technology.
