Mats Bern

Mats Bern is an accomplished R&D manager at Ericsson, where they held various leadership roles from 2014 to 2017, including Cloud RAN and IoT Billing & Analytics Manager. Prior to that, Mats worked as a Product Manager at Ericsson AB from 2008 to 2011. They have also contributed to fostering a high-performing team environment, actively engaging in Agile and Lean transformations within Ericsson's global R&D sites for seven years. Mats earned a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology between 1986 and 1991.
