Matthew Matule

Matthew Matule is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, regulatory matters, and external counsel management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Litigation at Ericsson since March 2023, Matule previously held the position of Partner at DLA Piper from January 2021 to February 2023. Prior roles include Deputy General Counsel at VEON and Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where Matule gained valuable expertise over nearly two decades. Early legal experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Shane Devine at the United States District Court. Matule holds a JD from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a BS/BA in Biology, English, and Philosophy from Boston College.
