Miroslav Markovic

Miroslav Markovic possesses extensive experience in the BSS domain, having held multiple leadership roles at Ericsson from 2016 to 2019, including Head of MMEA BSS, Head of BSS Europe and Latam, and Head of Digital BSS program, managing large teams and multi-country implementations. Markovic's responsibilities encompassed portfolio strategy, business development, quality assurance, and C-level client interactions. Prior experiences include overseeing complex delivery operations globally and managing client services regions for companies like Du and LHS, as well as an operations director role at Atos Origin.
