Motoki Yoshida is the Head of the Project Office at Ericsson Japan, where they lead a team of approximately 60 project managers and support staff. Previously, they served as Manager of the Radio Access Network Project Office at Nippon Ericsson K.K. and have held various management roles across Ericsson entities since 2005. Motoki has a strong track record in managing complex telecommunications projects, including the delivery of the first Packet PDC System in Japan and overseeing the successful launch of major network upgrades. They started their career as a Computer Programmer at System Planning Co., Ltd. in 1988.
