Roberto Miguez

Roberto Miguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Roberto has held various leadership positions in project management, product management, and engineering. Highlights of their career include their role as the Head of Project Management Office (PMO) at HAVI, where they currently work. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engineering & Product (R&D) Strategic Projects, Transformation, and Insights at Talkdesk, and as the Director of Global Agile Project Management Office and Director of Customer Success Ops & Insights at Feedzai. Roberto's experience also includes roles as the Head of Project Management Office (PMO) and Venue Technology Manager at the Rio2016 - Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Head of Product and Project Management Office (PMO) at Enseada Indústria Naval, Product Manager at TV Globo, Head of Project Management Office (PMO) at Light, and Head of Project Management Office (PMO) at KBR, Inc. Roberto began their career as a Project and Product Management Lead at Exército Brasileiro and as an Information Technology Coordinator at VARIG. Roberto Miguez holds a Master's degree in Information Management with Specialization in Knowledge Management and Business Intelligence from NOVA IMS Information Management School, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Roberto also holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, obtained from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they have a Graduate degree in UX/UI from Unicarioca, obtained from 2003 to 2004, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Estácio, obtained from 1998 to 2002. Roberto also has a Technical Diploma in Information Management from Virgínia Patrick, obtained from 1994 to 1996. Roberto has obtained several certifications in different areas such as business writing, agile methodologies, lean management, and project management, among others.
