Joycelina Fadjar

Joycelina Fadjar has extensive experience in project management and human capital development, currently serving as the Head of Human Capital Development at PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA (BCA Life) since June 2020. Prior to this role, Joycelina held several positions, including Director at Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group from October 2007 to July 2018, and Google Educator Project Leader at PT. PMC Teamindo Global between March 2014 and May 2018, where responsibilities included leading a team of trainers for Google Apps for Education. Joycelina began a career as a Sales Engineer at PT Tetrasa Geosinindo from May 2004 to September 2007, achieving sales targets and providing marketing support, and briefly worked in sales at Malinda Art Gallery in early 2004. Joycelina holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from BINUS University, earned in 2006.
