Mustafa Ozen is a highly experienced Senior RFIC Designer at Ericsson, a position held since December 2017. Previously, Mustafa served as a Visiting Scholar at the University of California San Diego from September 2016 to December 2017, contributing to the High Speed Devices Group under Professor Peter Asbeck. Mustafa's research career includes significant work as a Researcher at Chalmers University of Technology, where novel combining structures for Doherty and Outphasing Power Amplifiers were developed, leading to the construction of integrated demonstrators with high energy efficiency. During the PhD studies at the same institution, Mustafa focused on Advanced Transmitter Architectures in Switch Mode Power Amplifiers, with a thesis that explored energy-efficient amplitude modulation. An early internship at NXP Semiconductors involved designing a 2 GHz 1 Watt multistage SiGe Power Amplifier. Educational qualifications encompass a Doctor of Philosophy in Microwave Electronics and a Master's degree in RF Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ankara University.
