Rafic Dalle

Rafic Dalle is the Head of Project Management Office for Core Network Service Delivery at Ericsson, where they lead a team of Senior Program Directors and manage PMO activities for critical projects across various markets. With over 20 years of international experience, Rafic has held multiple roles within Ericsson, including Program Manager and Global Director, overseeing large-scale cloud transformations and service deliveries. They possess strong leadership skills and cultural awareness, effectively managing multi-cultural teams and liaising with C-level executives. Rafic holds a Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and is fluent in linguistics and science, having completed high school at Franska Skolan.
