Roberto Leboffe

Roberto Leboffe has over two decades of experience in IT operations and customer support, currently serving as the Head of ADM IT Operation and Customer Support in Digital Services for Europe and Latin America at Ericsson since September 2012. In this role, Roberto is responsible for developing and promoting customer-centric offerings, overseeing sales and delivery execution, and ensuring the readiness of sales and delivery skills. Prior to Ericsson, Roberto held various leadership positions at Accenture from January 2000 to August 2012, focusing on managing large teams, executing Managed Services contracts, and transforming delivery models. Roberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and completed secondary education at Liceo statale scientifico "Giuseppe Peano."
