Ulrica Ihlis

Ulrica Ihlis currently holds the position of PLM Communication & Change Support at Ericsson since January 2023 and serves as the Senior Project Manager, Consultant, and Company Owner at MockOrange AB, where project management services are offered for various scales of projects. Previously, Ulrica worked as a Customer Insights Specialist at Attendo, and held multiple roles at Söderberg & Partners including Information Technology Project Manager and Head of IT Support, where responsibilities included overseeing IT support services and leading internal IT projects. Additional experience includes managing projects for Hand in Hand Sweden, leading production and content at Eventyr, and roles in operations and project management with Visit Scandinavia and SKD Konferensservice. Ulrica holds a degree in Economics from Dalarna University and has pursued ongoing education in communication and leadership through various institutions.
