Waqas Rashid

Waqas Rashid is a skilled NPI Product Engineer at Ericsson since May 2022, with expertise in implementing and verifying new test methods and managing software installations and configurations, including API integration. Prior to this role, Waqas held positions at Starship Technologies as a Remote Robot Operator and at Swappie as a Customer Service Specialist, where responsibilities included resolving customer complaints and processing warranty claims.
