Willy Fung is currently the Head of Performance Management for Customer Support Operations at Ericsson. With extensive experience in customer support and operations management, Willy has held various leadership roles within Ericsson since 2001, including Head of Network Support Group Operations and Head of Operation and Performance Management. Willy earned a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Communication from UNSW and a Master's in Information Technology Management from Macquarie University.
