Youssef Sqalli is currently the Head of Business Operations for the Customer Unit West & Southern Africa at Ericsson, where they drive strategy execution and operational governance while fostering cross-functional alignment. With extensive experience in the telecom and IT industries, Youssef has held various leadership roles, including Key Account Manager and Head of Technology, demonstrating a commitment to responsible growth and operational excellence. Youssef earned an Ingenieur d'état degree from the Institut National des Postes et Télécommunications and has also worked at companies such as Siemens and Société Générale Maroc.
