Loretta Miller

Loretta Miller has extensive experience in healthcare, spanning over 28 years at Erie County Medical Center Corporation in various roles, including Safe Patient Handling Coordinator and Senior Physical Therapist. As Safe Patient Handling Coordinator, Loretta develops and implements training programs to improve patient safety, conducts hazard assessments, and collaborates on ergonomics education. In previous roles, Loretta managed a physical therapy department, providing care to children with developmental delays and working with patients across the continuum of care, including those with traumatic injuries. Additionally, Loretta serves as an Ordained Minister-Prophet at Destiny Christian Church and has participated in medical missions in Thailand and Laos. Loretta also has academic experience as a guest lecturer and adjunct faculty, sharing expertise in traumatic brain injury and adult neuro rehabilitation. Loretta holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from D'Youville College and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Daemen College.
