Sean Beiter

Sean P. Beiter is the Director of Labor & Employee Relations at Erie County Medical Center Corporation since June 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Partner at Goldberg Segalla LLP from July 2010 to June 2022, where the focus was on representing employers in collective bargaining, contract administration, and employment discrimination law. Additionally, Sean served as Partner and Administrator of the Labor and Employment practice group at Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP from September 1991 to July 2010. Sean holds a J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law (1988-1991) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Canisius University (1984-1988).
