Erica Nowak is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management, advertising, and event promotion. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Erie Events since April 2024, Erica oversees the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and budgets. Prior roles include Marketing Associate at Truck-Lite, where Erica led social media strategies and organized industry tradeshows, and Marketing Manager at Erie County Community College, where significant growth in social media following and enrollment was achieved through targeted marketing efforts. Additionally, Erica has experience in public relations, graphic design, website development, and sales, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
