Brian McConnell

Brian McConnell, CIC, currently serves as a Senior District Sales Manager at Erie Insurance Group since July 2016, where responsibilities include recruiting, training, guiding, and motivating agents in sales, underwriting, profitability, and agency management, with a focus on hiring talented sales professionals in Washington D.C. Prior experience includes roles as District Sales Manager and Commercial Risk Advisor at AW Welt Ambrisco Insurance from 2010 to 2016, where pipeline development and risk management presentations were key tasks. Additionally, Brian held the position of New Car Sales Manager at Carousel Nissan from 2005 to 2010. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa, completion of the Community Leadership Program in 2014, and designation as a Certified Insurance Counselor from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
