Brian W. Bolash

Bolash joined ERIE in 2000 as Associate General Counsel and later took on additional duties as the Assistant Corporate Secretary. During his tenure he has moved through succeeding levels of responsibility and oversight through his most recent position as Vice President and Corporate Secretary. Over the past nine years, Bolash has managed the Corporate Legal Department, responsible for corporate and business transactions, and ERIE’s compliance with securities laws, stock exchange listing standards, and state insurance laws and regulations. This department also implements corporate governance policies and procedures that apply to publicly traded companies and financial institutions. As Corporate Secretary, Brian also serves as a key liaison to the Board of Directors and manages the Board’s operations.
