Drew Watkins

Drew Watkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development, customer experience, and innovation consulting. Currently serving as a Next-Level Innovation Consultant at Erie Insurance Group since September 2022, Drew leverages behavioral research and design practices to enhance customer experiences and drive innovation. Previous roles include Product Lead at Quilted, where storytelling through mobile video was emphasized, and Head of Product at Intercept, focusing on capturing customer feedback through voice and audio.
