Greg Zimmerman

Greg Zimmerman has a diverse work history in the insurance and legal industries. Greg began their career in 1989 at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Claims Professional, where they gained valuable experience in claims management. In 1998, they transitioned to MacDonald, Illig, Jones & Britton LLP as an Attorney, specializing in legal matters related to insurance. After 16 years in private practice, Greg joined Erie Insurance Group in 2014 as Vice President, Litigation & Claims Examination, overseeing litigation and claims investigation. Greg later took on the role of Vice President, Field, where they managed field operations. Currently, Greg holds the position of Vice President Claims Talent at Erie Insurance Group.

Greg Zimmerman received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh in 1989. Greg then went on to attend the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree. In 2023, Greg Zimmerman is planning to pursue a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law from Pepperdine Caruso Law. Additionally, they obtained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The Institutes in 2020.
