Kelly Hardner, AINS, MBA, PMP, has been an IT Manager at Erie Insurance Group since December 2010, providing leadership within the project management discipline and supporting the Cloud Program as of 2023. With experience as a Project Manager across various domains, Kelly has successfully managed complex projects related to Customer Service, Corporate Services, and IT Infrastructure, while also leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles include communications and creative oversight at Volt Workforce Solutions and Erie Times-News. Kelly holds an MBA from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Mercyhurst University.
