Rick Gordon MBA, CPCU has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Rick started their career at WPS Health Insurance as a Claims Processor from November 1992 to June 1994. Rick then joined General Casualty Insurance (now QBE) and held various roles including Claims Adjuster, Underwriter, and Marketing Representative from June 1994 to May 2001. Following that, Rick worked at Erie Insurance Group where they served as the District Sales Manager for the Milwaukee District from May 2001 to December 2006. Rick then took on the role of Vice President and Wisconsin Branch Manager from December 2006 to March 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and Regional Officer - Sales, West Region at Erie Insurance Group, where they oversee distribution operations for six states. Throughout their career, Rick has gained expertise in managing distribution operations and providing property, casualty, and life insurance lines for personal and commercial clients.
