Sandie Smialek

Sandie Smialek has over two decades of experience at Erie Insurance Group, where Sandie currently serves as Director of Next Level Innovation, following roles as Business Strategist in the Customer Service Division, and Supervisor of IT Planning and Strategy. Sandie also held the position of Supervisor for Commercial Lines Business Analysis and worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. Prior to this, Sandie was the Director of Customer Service Program Management at Erie Insurance from 2017 to May 2020. Sandie holds degrees from Mercyhurst University and The George Washington University.
