Tina Cottrill

Tina Cottrill has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Tina began their career in 1993 as a Multi Line Claims Adjuster at GRE Insurance Group. Tina then worked as a Property Field Adjuster at Aetna Property and Casualty from 1994 to 1996. Cottrill joined Erie Insurance Group in 1996 and held various positions including Senior Claims Adjuster, Senior Claims Auditor, Manager of Claims Quality Control, and currently serves as the Director of Claims Quality Control. In their current role, they lead a team and is responsible for maintaining claims quality, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and improving processes. Cottrill also has experience in hiring and training staff, collaborating with different divisions, and managing external partners.

Tina Cottrill has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management with a Concentration in Insurance from Southern New Hampshire University. Tina has also obtained certifications from the Emerging Leaders Conference, organized by the American Property Casualty Insurance Association and Insurance Careers Movement, in 2022.
