Danica McPhee has a strong background in social services and healthcare. Danica currently works as the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Indigeneity Coordinator at Erie Shores HealthCare and previously held various roles at Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario. Danica also has experience as a Peer Navigator at Self-Help Resource Centre, where Danica provided support around access to disability support programs and self-care practices. Danica holds a degree in Disability Studies from Ryerson University.
