Sharon D. Weingarten

Sharon D. Weingarten serves as a member of the Institutional Ethics Committee and the Subcommittee on Education at NorthShore University HealthSystem, contributing to the resolution of ethical issues across multiple professional disciplines. With extensive experience in mental health and education, Sharon has held advisory roles with Kesem National and Mental Health America/NS, and is actively involved with Erika's Lighthouse, which promotes teen depression awareness. Sharon is also a member of Rotary International's Mental Health Task Force and participates in New Trier Township's Agency Oversight Committee. An MSW summa cum laude graduate from Loyola University Chicago, Sharon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Education from National Louis University and further studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
