Ronald Van Droffelaar has a diverse work experience. Ronald began their career at Glaverbel in 1993 as an Afdelingsleider Bedrijfsbureau and worked there until 2003. Ronald then moved on to Saninova, where they held the position of Logistics Manager from 2003 to 2006. After that, they joined Schuitema as an Expeditie Manager in 2006, working until 2007. Ronald then worked at Domino's Pizza as DC Manager Netherlands (Commissary Manager) from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Logistiek Manager a.i. at Van Dam Quality Beds. Ronald began their tenure at ERIKS in 2009, initially as a Project Manager Supply Chain Integration, and later transitioned to the role of Manager Supply Chain Solutions Logistics from 2017 to 2019. Ronald is currently working at ERIKS Nederland as a Project Manager SCS Nederland.

Ronald Van Droffelaar's education history is as follows:

In 1978-1982, they attended Ds A van Geestschool for primary school.

From 1982-1987, they studied at Mavo Kreeklaan.

In 1987-1988, they attended Beneden Maas, where they earned a MEAO degree in Logistiek en Economie.

From 1999-2003, Ronald studied at Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam (HES), earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Logistics and Economics.

In 2003, they pursued further education, obtaining a BBA+ in Post-BBA Business II from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Ronald participated in a personal leadership course at Krauthammer in 2011.

In the same year, they also completed a Management Development Programma.

In 2013, they completed a program in Supply Chain Management from Nyenrode Business University.

Ronald Van Droffelaar further enhanced their skills in Lean Six Sigma by attending a course at PEEC Firebrand in 2014.

In 2014, they also obtained a Black Belt Operational Excellence degree in Lean Six Sigma from PEEC Firebrand.

Finally, in 2016, Ronald attended Nyenrode Business University to further their understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain.
