Rashmi Ranjan Raj

Rashmi Ranjan Raj has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rashmi Ranjan began their career at HPCL in 1987 as a Senior Quality Control Engineer and stayed there until 1996. In 2003, they joined SHV Gas Netherlands as Vice President and later became part of their M&A team and supported the Executive Committee as Operations Staff. In 2008, they moved to SHV Gas China as Vice President of Change Management. In 2011, they joined SHV LPG India Pvt Ltd as Vice President for the South Region, and in 2014, they moved to SHV Energy India Pvt Ltd as Vice President of Operations. Recently, Rashmi has been working at ERIKS and holds the position of Managing Director for various roles and locations. Most recently, they serve as the Managing Director for ERIKS Asia Pacific.

Rashmi Ranjan Raj obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University Of Technology (VSSUT, Formerly UCE), Burla, from 1983 to 1987. Rashmi Ranjan also achieved academic success by topping in their 10th standard at S G High School, Bilasuni. Additionally, Rashmi Ranjan Raj obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Communicating with Charisma," "Well-Being in the Workplace," "How to Support Your Employees' Well-Being," "Values and Ethics: Case Studies in Action," "Be the Manager People Won't Leave," and "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers."
