Erin Leonard has a diverse background in event management and planning. In 2019, they founded their own company, Erin Leonard Events, where they offer scalable event planning services. Prior to that, they worked at Collaborative Communications Group for seven years, starting as the Director of Meetings and Events and being promoted three times. In this role, they managed a team, developed programs and content, and organized annual events for education-based clients. Erin Leonard, HMCC, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cultural Anthropology from Northeastern University in 2010. Erin also holds additional certifications, including an Inclusive Event Strategist certification from Meeting Professionals International (obtained in 2023), a Healthcare Meetings Compliance Certificate (HMCC) from Meeting Professionals International (obtained in June 2023), and a Combating Sexual Harassment in the Workplace certification from CypherWorx (obtained in 2023).
