Ross Dyer

Ross Dyer has extensive experience in the field of quantity surveying and development management. Currently serving as Development Manager at Eris Property Group (Pty) Ltd since May 2019, Ross previously held roles at AECOM from January 2014 to April 2019, where responsibilities included detailed budget preparation, life cycle costing, and cost checking during design development as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Ross also worked as a Professional Quantity Surveyor and Candidate Quantity Surveyor at AECOM, gaining significant experience throughout various projects. Prior experience includes a stint as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor at De Leeuw Cape Town and a Student Intern at Talani Quantity Surveyors. Ross holds a Master’s Degree in Property Studies, an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, all from the University of Cape Town.
